Located around the George Eastman House and Memorial Art Gallery, this neighborhood features the ARTWalk, plus many great, inexpensive places to rent. Live closer to downtown for around the same price, maybe lower, as Park Ave. A previously blue collar neighborhood, South Wedge has become another student favorite as of late.
